Terms & Conditions Policy for Yamunotri Cottages

Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon payment of the booking amount and receipt of a booking confirmation from Yamunotri Cottages.
- Age & Identification: The primary guest must be atleast 18 years of age to check into this hotel/resort.

Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

Occupancy: Room occupancy must not exceed the maximum number of guests specified for the room type. Additional guests may be accommodated for a fee and subject to availability.

Identification: All guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification upon check-in. For international guests, passports and relevant visas are mandatory. In case, check-in is denied by the hotel/resort(s) due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund and the booking will be considered as “NO SHOW”

Payment and Charges:
- Payment for the entire stay, including applicable taxes and charges, is due at the time of check-in.
- Any additional services, such as meals, transportation, or excursions, will be charged separately unless mentioned.
- We accept cash, major credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.
- Unless mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional room services (such as mini bar, snacks, laundry, extra bed etc.). In case, such additional charges are levied by the hotel/resort.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is as stated in the specific policy provided at the time of booking.

Early Departure: No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or unused portions of your stay.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment. The cost of repairing or replacing damaged items will be charged to the guest.

No-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and enclosed public areas. Designated smoking areas are provided. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in our rooms unless specified and agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Vegetarian Food Only: In line with our commitment to promoting a vegetarian-friendly environment, only vegetarian food items are permitted within the designated area. Non-vegetarian food, including meat, poultry, and seafood, is strictly prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting this policy and accommodating the dietary preferences of all attendees.

Privacy: We respect your privacy and protect your personal information as per our Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide a credit for a future visit, subject to availability.

Complaints: Any concerns or complaints should be brought to the attention of the management as soon as possible, so that we have the opportunity to address them during your stay.

Safety and Security: Guests are expected to follow all safety and security guidelines provided by Yamunotri Cottages and its staff.
- No Liquor or Firearms Allowed: For the safety and well-being of all individuals on the premises, it is strictly prohibited to bring in or consume alcoholic beverages or possess firearms within the designated area. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the premises and may be subject to legal consequences as per local laws

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Yamunotri Cottages reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Guests will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
