Booking, Cancellation Policy & Terms

Booking Policy

• 50% advance payment is required at the time of room booking.
• Remaining 50% must be paid at least 10 days before the check-in date.

Cancellation Policy

• 25 days or more before check-in: 100% refund.
• 15 to 20 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 10 days before check-in or no-show: No refund.

Note: This cancellation policy is not applicable to group bookings. Please confirm the group cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Terms and Conditions

• Check-in time: 1:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM (Early check-in subject to availability).
• Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM | Dinner: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
• Valid photo identity proof is required at the time of check-in.
• One child (up to 5 years) per room may stay free with parents without an extra bed.
• Extra beds/mattresses will be charged as per requirement.
• Guests with special needs (e.g., food allergies, differently-abled, etc.) must inform the hotel at check-in.
• Extra adults will be accommodated on a folding cot or mattress (subject to availability) at an extra cost.
• Personal services like laundry, room service, telephone usage will be charged to the guest.
• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
• The hotel reserves the right to decline any booking.
• Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• All disputes are subject to jurisdiction in Uttarakhand.
